Fluent Church provides real-time, low-latency automated speech-to-text transcription and translation for live services, presentations, and events. This service is provided to assist audience members and attendees in following along with live spoken content.

1. Automated AI Processing: Captions and translations are generated dynamically in real-time using automated speech recognition and neural machine translation technologies.
2. No Guarantee of Verbatim Accuracy: Because transcription occurs live, accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, speaker accents, background music, or acoustic environment. Captions are provided for convenience and accessibility, and do not constitute an official verbatim transcript or legally certified translation.
3. No Professional Advice: Spoken content, captions, and translations do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

1. Personal, Non-Commercial Use: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view live captions on your personal device during the event.
2. Restrictions: You agree not to copy, record, capture, scrape, redistribute, republish, broadcast, or create derivative works from the stream, transcripts, or translations without express permission from the broadcasting organization.
3. Content Ownership: All rights in the original spoken content, sermons, lectures, or music belong exclusively to the broadcasting organization and its licensors.

1. Anonymous Viewing: Viewing live captions does not require creating an account or providing your name, email, or telephone number.
2. Local Preferences: Your device may store basic functional preferences (such as selected translation language, font size, theme, and terms acceptance) in your browser's local storage.
3. Telemetrics: Anonymous technical diagnostics (such as connection latency and general continent/region) may be processed to ensure reliable media delivery.
